    Before notarizing, I speak directly with the signer to confirm identity, awareness, willingness, and the absence of obvious pressure. If the signer appears confused, unwilling, unable to communicate clearly, or pressured by others, the appointment may be paused or declined.

Some requests may require extra research to ensure I serve you correctly, but I’ll always keep you updated.
