Remote Online Notary Services

Cookeville Notary is a commissioned Tennessee online notary approved to perform remote online notarizations using secure platforms including BlueNotary and Proof, formerly known as Notarize.

Remote online notarization may be a good option when you cannot meet in person, are traveling, live outside the Cookeville area, or need to coordinate documents with someone in another location.

RON may be useful for eligible powers of attorney, affidavits, authorizations, business documents, real estate-related documents, school forms, and other documents that can be notarized online.

Cookeville Notary cannot determine whether a receiving individual or agency will accept an online notarized document. It is the responsibility of the requester to confirm acceptance with the receiving party before scheduling.

Online notarization fees are fair, transparent, and will not exceed the Tennessee maximum of $25 per online notarization seal. Platform, document preparation, printing, courier, travel, or administrative services may be quoted separately when applicable.
